Clement Walsh Landscape Architect, Inc. developed a comprehensive Landscape Plan for the Townsend Farms and Cold Storage Facility and Replat project, adhering to the "Airport Landscaping Standards" set by the Port of Portland, the City of Portland landscape code, and the City of Gresham Stormwater Management Plan. The plan addressed the requirements of multiple stakeholders, including the City of Fairview, Gresham, and the Port of Portland, with a focus on stormwater management. Our team designed water quality swales for parking lots and street trees along NE Townsend Way, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic enhancement. Plant species were carefully selected to avoid attracting wildlife per Airport Landscaping Standards.
