We prioritized functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces for residents, collaborating with a certified arborist to assess mature trees and inform our planting strategy, ensuring compatibility with existing vegetation. The design included a communal area with picnic tables, barbeques, and a lawn, created in collaboration with the property owner, manager, and residents. This multi-functional space supports social gatherings and relaxation.
