The design of this single-family residence involved multiple layers. One focus was on enhancing the existing grade changes throughout the property with upgraded planting. Emphasis was placed on the flagstone patio with a fire pit and sitting walls to maximize views of the countryside. A basalt stone stairway was added to the lawn area, and the roundabout driveway was updated. Restoration planting took place around the creek area, complemented by a wood chip pathway. Improved drainage was implemented for all open lawn areas.
